Terms and conditions

• The completion of all fields of the application form will determine your eligibility for entitlements including: specials, promotions and benefits.
• Membership to the Gallin's Guitars/Musician's Pro Shop Loyalty Program is open only to individuals. You may state your organisation, however, membership is not open to families, groups, companies, trusts, partnerships, other entities, government departments, agencies, animals or inanimate objects.
• Each member may have only one Loyalty Program membership. You will be issued a Membership Card that will be assigned to your unique customer number. Membership Cards are not transferable.
• Each member must advise Gallin's Guitars/Musician's Pro Shop of any change of name, address, or other details as soon as practicable after the change.
• Customer data will be added to the Gallin's/MPS Group customer database for our marketing purposes. We will not disclose this information to third parties.
• In the event of loss, theft or unauthorised use of your card, it is your responsibility to advise Gallin's Guitars/Musician's Pro Shop as soon as possible, a replacement card will be issued.
• Gallin's Guitars/Musician's Pro Shop reserves the right to make changes at any time to the Terms and Conditions, and benefits offered. Gallin's Guitars/Musician's Pro Shop gives no warranty as to the continuing availability of the Customer Loyalty Program. Gallin's Guitars/Musician's Pro Shop may terminate or suspend the Loyalty program at any time.
